When you register for the conference we collect: your full name, email, phone number, organization, position, country, dietary and accessibility requirements (where provided), and the days you intend to attend.

How we use it

We use this information solely for the purpose of operating the conference: confirming your registration, communicating practical information, planning capacity and accessibility, and on-site check-in.

Retention

Registration data is retained for the duration of the conference and a defined period thereafter for reporting and audit purposes, then deleted.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by contacting the Secretariat at info@maritimegeorgia.ge.
