Andreas Hadjipetrou

Andreas Hadjipetrou is Chief Executive Officer of Columbia Group, bringing nearly three decades of experience within the organization and deep expertise in the global ship management industry.

Prior to his appointment as CEO, Andreas served as Chief Commercial Officer, where he was responsible for shaping the Group’s commercial strategy. In this role, he oversaw customer relationships, strategic partnerships and product development across a fleet of more than 500 vessels under management. His leadership played a key role in strengthening Columbia Group’s service offering while fostering long term, trusted relationships with clients.

As CEO, Andreas is focused on driving operational excellence, enhancing customer value and supporting the continued development and wellbeing of both office-based teams and seafarers across the Group’s global operations. He places strong emphasis on collaboration, capability building and ensuring that Columbia Group remains a reliable, people centered partner for its clients and crews alike.

Andreas holds a BSc in Economics from University College London and an MBA specialising in Total Quality Management.
