Mr. Giorgi Tielidze is Head of the Division at the State Information and Cybersecurity Center of the SSSG-OTA.

In his official capacity, Mr. Tielidze is in charge of conducting vulnerability detection and assessment of the Tier I critical information system subjects, including the Maritime Transport Agency, as well as coordinating incident first response efforts and investigative actions together with the relevant national law enforcement counterparts.

Previously, Mr. Tielidze served in various law enforcement and security agencies, including the Georgian National Police and the National Security Council of Georgia. Throughout this period his functional mandate also covered various sector-specific international organizations: since 2012 Mr. Tielidze has served on the Council of Europe Cybercrime Convention Committee (T-CY) in the capacity of the Georgian Representative to the Committee, and subsequently, in 2014, he was chosen as a Cybercrime Convention Committee Bureau Member.

In 2024, Mr. Tielidze earned an MSc (with Distinction) in Forensic Computing and Cybercrime Investigations at University College Dublin (UCD), National University of Ireland.
